CSD image tags

I rechecked "Raptures End Cover 001.jpg" and i still see nothing. When I try to view it directly I get the error: The image http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e0/Raptures_End_Cover_001.jpg" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

I checked some of the others and I am not sure what the issue was/is as they are clearly duplicates. In the past I have marked the unused ones for CSD and been told I have to mark to lower resolution ones for CSD, not the unused ones, which I what I did in these cases. We have noticed that a friend of ours in the financial advisory profession, Harold Evensky has successfully built a Wiki article and we were attempting to model Lou's after his but it still got deleted. Could you please advise us as to how we can mold the content a certain way in order to create and sustain the article? Also, is there a Wiki customer service contact person we could speak with directly by telephone if we continue to experience problems? We are excited about being part of the Wikipedia community to provide objective information about one of the most prominent figures in the financial advisory profession. Please advise.
