Seir 

Seir - שֵׂעִיר "Rough; hairy", Standard Hebrew Seʿir, Tiberian Hebrew Śēʿîr. It is sometimes used as a alternative term for a goat, as in "Seir La'Azazel" שעיר לעזאזל - Scapegoat.
